Fozia Designs sells women's clothing designed in Dubai across six collections — Basic, Print, Modest, Mood, Luxury and Ethnic — as well as custom-made outfits and costumes for school performances and events.

### Where is Fozia Designs located?
Our studio is at Suite 1002, New Century City Tower, Port Saeed, Deira, Dubai, UAE. You can visit by appointment or shop online.

### Do you deliver across the UAE?
Yes. We deliver to all seven emirates. Delivery charges and free-delivery thresholds are shown at checkout.

### Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay online by debit or credit card, by bank transfer, or with cash on delivery within the UAE. Available options are shown at checkout.

### Can I order a custom-made outfit?
Yes. Share your occasion, a reference image or colour, and our team will guide you through design direction, fabric selection and personal details before we make it for you.

### Do you make costumes for school events?
Yes. We design and produce costumes for annual days, national and cultural celebrations, character productions and full-cast stage performances, from a single lead role to a complete cast.

### How long does a custom order take?
Timelines depend on the design and quantity. Most custom outfits take 2–4 weeks; school costume orders are planned around your event date. Contact us for a confirmed timeline.

### What is your exchange policy?
Unworn items with tags can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Custom-made pieces are made to order and are not returnable unless faulty.
